Co-founder Kevin Lampe works directly with all clients. He has developed and directed the delivery of his client’s complicated messages to a variety of audiences. He specializes in political consulting; crisis management and communications; public relations; and speech and media training. 

In his career, he has worked on campaigns from U.S. President to local school boards. Clients include: Civil Rights icon Rosa Parks, President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Second Lady of the U.S. Dr. Jill Biden, President Bill Clinton, Vice President Al Gore, Hotel Rwanda humanitarian Paul Rusesabagina, entrepreneur and philanthropist Ted Turner (Better World Fund), Oscar, Grammy and Golden Globe-winning social justice rapper Che “Rhymefest” Smith, Government Ministers, Ambassadors, CEOs, Members of Parliament, Senators, and Congressmen. 

Lampe has served in senior roles in several U.S. Presidential campaigns, directing media relations and outreach, campaign strategy and messaging, media/debate preparation and training. He has used this experience on several political campaigns in Europe and Africa.

Lampe has worked across the USA, and in the countries of Kosovo, Uganda, Belgium, Albania, Sweden, United Kingdom, Ukraine, Norway, Mali, Netherlands, Mexico, and Macedonia. 

Since 1996, Lampe has been a member of the Speaker Tracker team at the Democratic National Convention. This team works with every speaker at the convention. In 2016, he served as Senior Manager on the Podium Operations Team. At the Convention in Boston, in 2004, Lampe helped prepare then State Senator Barack Obama for his history-changing keynote address.

While he is based in Chicago, he is regularly in the capitals of many nations advocating for clients and developing new relationships with opinion leaders and international media.
